Buying and downloading
How do I buy a template?
Every “View on Etsy” button takes you to the listing on Etsy, where checkout happens. This site doesn’t take payments.
What exactly do I get?
The spreadsheet file with sample data already filled in, plus a PDF setup guide. It is an instant digital download from Etsy.
How soon do I get it?
Right away. It’s an instant digital download, so Etsy gives you the files as soon as you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final. If something isn’t working for you, message us on Etsy and we’ll help.
Can I share or resell it?
Templates are for personal use only. Please don’t resell or share the files.
Using the templates
Does it work in Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. Every template works in Excel 2016 or newer and in Google Sheets with a free Google account, on a computer, tablet or phone.
Do I need a subscription or an account?
No. You pay once on Etsy and the file is yours. There is no Lavontryx account and no monthly fee. (Google Sheets itself needs a free Google account.)
Where is my information stored?
In your own copy of the file. Nothing you type is sent to us.
Are the dates and forecasts exact?
They are estimates based on what you enter. Payoff dates, forecasts and set-aside amounts update as your numbers change.
How are the templates made?
They’re designed with help from AI tools, and every formula is tested before a template goes in the shop.
